Meet Ryan Babbs

I'm Ryan Babbs, the founder of Wind Rose Films. Before any wedding is booked, I personally meet with every couple. In person, by video, or by phone. I want to hear your story: how you met, what makes you laugh together, the details that matter to you. That conversation is where your film begins.

I bring over 20 years of entertainment industry experience to every project. Working as an actor, director, producer, writer, and cinematographer in Los Angeles before moving to the East Coast to start Wind Rose Films in 2018. Today, we proudly serve couples across the entire United States.

How far in advance should we book our wedding package?

We recommend booking your wedding videographer at least 6-12 months in advance, especially if you’re planning a wedding during peak season (spring and summer). This timeframe ensures that your preferred dates are available and gives us plenty of time to plan the perfect videography schedule for your special day.

What happens if there’s bad weather on our wedding day?

Weather can be unpredictable, but it doesn’t have to spoil your video. I'm experienced in adapting to all kinds of weather conditions to ensure your footage turns out beautifully, no matter the circumstances. We can also discuss backup plans and alternative indoor locations well in advance, so you feel confident and stress-free about your big day.
